Why we train leaders
When I landed on the urban mission field fifty years ago, my greenhorn assessment was: bold leadership is the screaming need. The need is still the same. Because what happens in the city doesn’t stay in the city, we all live in an urbanized world, regardless of our location.
The spiritual warfare, the sociological complexities, the theological and psychological demands call for adequately equipped spiritual leaders who can go the distance in an antagonistic, adversarial urbanized culture.
